Certain computers may experience a Black screen or Screen flickering issue. These cases are especially with a Ultra-High Definition (UHD) system configuration, and those monitors that are UHD monitors connected to the system.
However this is noticed only in Windows 10 Systems, and not in any other system.
However so far I have been able to figure out the cause of the issue, and will surely let you know the fix for this.
Also what you need to know that if you are using the nVidia cards on the computer as the default one, then this post does not apply to your computer.
This particular issue occurs after upgrading the Intel HD Graphics driver to the version newer than 21.20.16.4574.
To have this issue fixed and addressed please install the Intel HD Graphics driver 21.20.16.4574.
Find the exact driver version from the internet sites and install the driver.
If there is nVidia card on the computer and is upgraded from the nVidia graphics driver this will fix the flickering issue only if it is causing the problem.
Download the Intel Driver here.
