After upgrading to Windows 10creator update, there will be some trouble in computer and the screen might flicker. For the issue mentioned, you may check on the Norton Product if any is installed on the computer.
Need to remove the Norton form the computer, and need to check on the computer.
1. Follow all the normal steps to update the drivers and check on the status of the drivers.
2. And remove the Norton Completely from the computer.

1. Download the driver using the link:
Download the zip file not the .exe file for the driver software and extract the same on the desktop.
2. Choose the Driver tab and select Update Driver in Device Manager
3. Select Browse my computer for driver software
4. Select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
5. Select Have Disk... button in lower right-hand area
6. Navigate to folder where you extracted the Intel beta drivers.
7. You must go into the Graphics folder and choose the igdlh64 file.
8. On the Install From Disk window choose OK.
