One of the major problem in Windows 10, is that it gets stuck in the dotted circles going round and round. * Open the PowerShell in the Administrator mode.
Copy and paste the following code in the PowerShell Admin.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /ScanHealth
The above command will check if the image health of the image is repairable or not. Once the image is repairable, there will be message on the PowerShell.
Once you have confirmed that the repair is possible, then run the following command in the PowerShell.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Well if the computer is not able to go to the safe Mode, we need to reset the computer keeping the files.
