The Windows 10 Fall Creators Update - 1709 launch on 17th Oct has already started rolling out and already lot of people have started getting the updates.
We have already come across with an issue with the updates that are not not being installed. It's observed that after the updates are downloaded, when you restart the computer the updates take very long time to install and it gets stuck at the end getting the failed message, and it says that Rolling back Changes.
Every time you perform the updates still you will face the similar problem. We have gathered a set of process that you can follow and take care of the problem.
Open the PowerShell in Admin mode and execute these commands one after the other.
Open the website for Windows 10 to download.
Select Update Now from the above option.
Once updated you will see the "Windows Update Assistant" downloaded. Open the program and follow the instruction.
Alternatively the other option to resolve the issue is by creating the Windows 10 Installation Media.
To create the Windows 10 Installation Media, follow the below steps.
Open the same website mentioned above, Windows 10 Download ISO image
Note : Please note that the Windows 10 Installation Media is only for the OS that is already activated or is the Genuine Windows 10.
Now click on the "Download tool now".
Follow the instruction shown on the video below to create the Windows installation media.
Also please remember that to create the Windows 10 Installation Media you will require 8 GB of Flash Drive.
