Once you have completed with the guidelines process, its time to list your Business in Google.
Here are a list of things to follow.

- Have a website ready for your business
- Dedicate a phone number ready for your business

Things that you should never do in Google My Business Profile/Account
So, the most important part comes about the things that you should never perform in the Google My Business Profile.
- Never Claim a Business hitting the link "Own this Business? Claim it now".
- Never create a business unless you actually have a business.
- Never try to claim a business when you don't even have one.
- Never get in touch with the Google Business support, if you are trying to claim a business from the Google Maps, or Google Search.
- If you have a verified business in Google, before you make changes, or for the changes you want to make, seek the support from Google and make changes through them.
- Also, do not go about changing address, phone number, website, services, or any information once the business is verified in the Google Listing. Those changes are more likely going to tell Google that your business might be a fake one and calls for removal from Google Search and Google Map.
These are few things and the most important things that you should refrain doing at any cost. Understand that Google, will remove your listing if they find that you are trying to make changes to your business profile. And if Google gets a slightest hint that your business could be a fake one, they will just remove the Business without a second thought.
